Opportunities vary by client demand, role, location, and professional availability. Hours, assignments, and earnings are not guaranteed.
Most on-site instructor assignments will be within an approximately 25-mile service area. The partnerships role will focus on organizations in this market.
Rates are based on credentials, relevant experience, modality, corporate facilitation experience, and program responsibilities.
Applies to qualifying new client business personally originated and materially supported during the client’s first 12 months, based on payments actually received and the written compensation agreement.
Travel, parking, toll, and mileage expectations for on-site assignments will be outlined in the applicable written agreement or assignment terms.

Lead welcoming, accessible yoga and movement experiences for employees with varied abilities and levels of experience.

MOVE · 3 OPENINGSExperienced Yoga Instructor
Bring advanced teaching experience, confident facilitation, and the ability to support high-quality programming across a range of workplace audiences.
What you’ll do
- Lead polished, adaptable workplace sessions.
- Support program quality, class modifications, and client-specific needs.
- Contribute feedback on curriculum and delivery standards.
- Potentially support instructor mentoring or lead responsibilities.

- Active E-RYT 200 credential or higher.
- Substantial group-teaching and facilitation experience.
- Ability to teach confidently across mixed experience levels.

MOVE · UP TO 3 OPENINGSMovement & Fitness Instructor
Lead approachable, workplace-friendly movement experiences across one or more specialties, including functional strength, personal training, mobility, corrective exercise, Pilates, barre, core stability, and low-impact conditioning.
What you’ll do
- Deliver safe, engaging sessions within your qualified areas of expertise.
- Adapt programming for mixed abilities, limited space, and minimal equipment.
- Provide clear modifications and beginner-friendly options that build confidence.
- Support programs such as Dynamic Mobility, Strength & Stability, Energy Reset, and other specialty movement experiences.
- Provide movement education and exercise—not physical therapy, diagnosis, medical treatment, or rehabilitation.
- Complete other related program services as mutually agreed upon, with the scope, timing, and compensation confirmed in advance.
What we’re looking for
- Current certification or substantial formal training in personal training, Pilates, barre, mobility, corrective exercise, functional movement, kinesiology, or another relevant discipline.
- Demonstrated experience leading safe, accessible sessions for participants with varied fitness levels.
- Strong understanding of movement mechanics, modifications, and professional boundaries.
- Current CPR/AED certification and professional liability insurance before the first assignment.
Preferred
- Multiple certifications or the ability to teach across more than one modality.
- Experience with corporate fitness, workplace ergonomics, small-group training, injury-prevention education, or low-equipment programming.

Create energizing, inclusive movement experiences that bring fun, connection, and approachable cardio into the workday.

- Lead easy-to-follow dance or cardio sessions for mixed experience levels.
- Offer low-impact options and create an encouraging, judgment-free environment.
- Select workplace-appropriate music and choreography.
- Support team-building events, challenges, and retreats as available.

- Current group-fitness, dance-fitness, or comparable instructor credential or documented professional training.
- Experience leading energetic group classes.

RESET · 2 OPENINGSBreathwork & Focus Instructor
Facilitate practical, workplace-appropriate experiences that help employees regulate stress, restore attention, and recover energy.

- Lead accessible breathwork, focus, stress-recovery, and relaxation sessions.
- Use clear, inclusive language suitable for diverse workplace audiences.
- Create trauma-aware experiences that respect participant choice and comfort.
- Avoid medical, therapeutic, or guaranteed-outcome claims.

What we’re looking for
- Formal training or certification in breathwork, mindfulness facilitation, stress management, or a related modality.
- Demonstrated experience facilitating individuals or groups.
- Strong presence, communication, boundaries, and professionalism.

PERFORM · UP TO 2 OPENINGSWorkplace Wellbeing & Performance Facilitator
Facilitate practical, engaging learning experiences focused on Burnout Prevention, Resilience, Emotional Intelligence, Healthy Habits, and Leadership Wellbeing.
What you’ll do
- Lead interactive classes, workshops, and retreat sessions for employees and leaders.
- Translate evidence-informed wellbeing concepts into practical workplace behaviors and tools.
- Facilitate discussion, reflection, and small-group activities in an inclusive and psychologically respectful way.
- Adapt examples and activities for different organizations, roles, and audience needs.
- Provide education and professional development—not therapy, diagnosis, counseling, or medical treatment.
- Complete other related program services as mutually agreed upon, with the scope, timing, and compensation confirmed in advance.
What we’re looking for
- Strong adult-learning, facilitation, coaching, training, or workplace-wellbeing experience.
- Demonstrated ability to engage professional audiences and guide meaningful discussion.
- Knowledge of one or more focus areas: burnout prevention, resilience, emotional intelligence, healthy habits, leadership wellbeing, or organizational performance.
- Professional judgment, inclusive communication, and clear boundaries between education and clinical services.
Preferred
- Background in learning and development, organizational development, leadership development, human resources, employee wellbeing, professional coaching, adult education, public health, or industrial-organizational psychology.
- Relevant credentials such as ICF, SHRM, ATD/CPTD, health and wellness coaching, or comparable training.
- Experience facilitating for corporate, executive, or Fortune 500 audiences.
Compensation
- $50–$100 per standard session, based on relevant experience, expertise, corporate facilitation experience, and program responsibilities.
- Additional compensation may apply for workshops, retreats, curriculum development, client-specific customization, and lead-facilitator responsibilities.
GROWTH · 1 OPENINGCorporate Wellness Partnerships Representative
Build relationships with organizations that want practical, engaging wellness programs and help turn qualified conversations into lasting client partnerships.
What you’ll do
- Identify and develop relationships with HR, People Operations, benefits, leadership, and workplace-culture decision-makers.
- Conduct thoughtful outreach, discovery conversations, follow-up, and relationship management throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with Dharma Wellness on proposals, approved pricing, program recommendations, and client handoff.
- Maintain accurate pipeline activity, prospect notes, and next steps.
- Participate in additional mutually agreed-upon business-development activities that support qualified lead generation, client acquisition, and partnership growth.
What we’re looking for
- Relevant experience in B2B sales, partnerships, business development, HR, employee benefits, professional services, or corporate wellness.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, follow-through, and professional judgment.
- Ability to work independently while representing Dharma Wellness accurately and professionally.
- Comfort using approved messaging, pricing, and sales materials without making unauthorized commitments.
Preferred
- An established network among Chicago-area HR, benefits, executive, or workplace-culture leaders.
- Experience selling recurring services, wellness programs, learning solutions, or other consultative offerings.
Compensation
- Commission-only opportunity earning 5% of commissionable gross profit on qualifying new client business personally originated and materially supported.
- The 5% commission applies during the client’s first 12 months and is calculated from client payments actually received, subject to the written compensation agreement.
- Commissionable gross profit generally means collected client revenue minus direct costs specifically associated with delivering that client’s program.
